Vendor Registration

We are excited to hear you are looking at being a vendor at our next Glitz & Co pageant. We expect anywhere from 80 - 120 people for our small events and up to 155 for our large events. This number includes staff and competitors.  
If you would like have hold a stall at our next pageant, please fill out the form below. Please not we cannot accept all vendors to hold a stall, however we will keep your contact on records for future events. Successful applicants will be sent an invoice.

Terms & Conditions: 

Glitz & Co is not liable for any injuries, theft, accidents, or loss of income. By signing up to be a vendor you understand that you are not guaranteed sales and hold your stall at your own risk. You agree to managing your stall at all operating hours of the pageant. Leaving your stall unattended at any time is at your own risk. Glitz & Co is not liable for anything that may happen to your stall, personal belongings, merchandise or other. 

You are required to pay a $30 stall holder fee, unless otherwise specified by the director. You will be sent an invoice and/or be contact by the director if your application is successful. 

You can set up your stall between 8am and 9am on Sunday the 24th of March 2024 at Karrinyup Community Centre. Please be aware that contestants will start to arrive at 9am. We anticipate to finish between 3pm and 4pm, however may run overtime. You are welcome to conclude your stall at anytime, please be mindful of packing up while contestants are on stage. Please bring your own table decorations, signage etc. 

 

Payments are NON-refundable, payments may be transferrable to another pageant at the discretion of the business owners. All decisions regarding refunds and payment transfers are FINAL and NON-NEGOTIABLE.

If you have tested positive for COVID within 10 days of the competition, you will be denied the opportunity to compete or attend the venue, no exceptions.

A photographer and / or videographer will be present on the day. All images and footage taken during the event can and may be used in all forms of advertising, on our website or on social media. By ticking ‘I agree’ to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing for your photos and footage to be used without permission online, in print or on other mediums. 

 

You are NOT permitted to take photos or videos of contestants without prior consent from that person or persons guardian. If staff are notified of such behaviour, you will be asked to stop, if you are found again to be taking photos or videos of contestants you will be asked to leave immediately. Authorities will also be notified if they person is under the age of 18.

Spectators, contestants or other persons wishing to attend, compete or participate in any capacity can be denied entry at any time, under any circumstances, without refund or reason. This is at the discretion of the business owner and made with the safety of all in mind.

The above T&Cs can be changed, alerted, removed or added to at any time in accordance to the business needs. A public announcement will be made if anything changes.
